I was born and raised in Barbados, where creativity, curiosity, and a deep connection to nature shaped how I see the world. Growing up on an island taught me two things early: build with what you have, and take care of the people around you. Those values have followed me ever since.

I fell in love with entrepreneurship young - launching my first venture at 14, and later bootstrapping two e-commerce brands during law school that shipped to over 60 countries. What started as small experiments eventually became a lifelong fascination with how ideas become real, how communities form, and how businesses can reshape the way we live.
 

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of fields - wellness, education, technology, commodities, sustainability, policy, media, and cultural development. I’ve collaborated with founders, governments, investors, creatives and communities across more than 25 markets. Each chapter expanded my perspective, sharpened my instincts, and deepened my belief that meaningful work blends strategy, story, and humanity.
 

Today, my focus is on building ventures and experiences that help people live more consciously - from national wellbeing initiatives and leadership summits, to storytelling projects, creative productions, and technology platforms. At the heart of it all is the same simple intention: to create things that elevate people, inspire connection, and contribute positively to the world.
 

This website is a personal space where I share more of who I am - my projects, philosophies, and the ideas I care about: mindfulness, culture, entrepreneurship, human potential, nature, community, and good vibes.
